Stockley JOSEPH-MASSENA holds a Master 2 in Corporate Tax Law, a Master 2 in Legal and Judicial Practices, as well as a Master 1 in International Law. He is fluent in French, English and German.

The firm's fees are always known in advance. All procedures are carried out with the agreement of the customers.

The firm informs its client, upon referral, of the methods for determining the fees and regularly informs him of the evolution of their amount. Likewise, the firm also informs its client of all costs, disbursements and emoluments he may incur.
The firm enters into a fee agreement with its client in writing, which specifies, in particular, the amount or method of determining the fees covering foreseeable due diligence, as well as the various costs and disbursements envisaged.

The lawyer is the client's necessary confidant. Solicitor-client privilege is public policy. It is general, absolute and unlimited in time.
